Any personal information you choose to include in the "Message" field.
2. How We Collect Personal Information
We collect personal information directly from you when you voluntarily submit it through our website contact form. We do not collect sensitive information (such as health or ethnic data) unless you voluntarily provide it in your message.
3. Purpose of Collection and Use
We collect and use your personal information for the primary purpose of:

Communicating with you regarding your business dealings with us.
Maintaining our internal business records.
We will not use your information for a secondary purpose (such as marketing) without your consent unless you would reasonably expect us to do so.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we use Squarespace to host our website and manage our enquiries.
By using our contact form, you acknowledge that your personal information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where Squarespace’s primary servers are located.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely, you acknowledge that by providing this consent, we will not be required to take reasonable steps to ensure the overseas recipient does not breach the Australian Privacy Principles in relation to that information (as per APP 8.1).
5. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. Because our website uses SSL encryption (indicated by the "padlock" icon in your browser), the data you submit via our contact form is encrypted during transmission.
